"The office is welcome and inviting. Someone is there to great me, offer a beverage and get me the help I needed.
I worked with Jordan and Jessica as they tag-teamed to start new policies set up. They were willing to answer all of my questions, explaining all of the details I didn’t understand. They gave me a list of additional information needed which I could email back.
I feel very good about my new policies with better coverages and better premiums."

"I have worked with this office for 5 years, and I have been through 3 different claims (2 auto and one home). Each time, I was taken care of, and was so thankful for the assistance of Chase, an in-office claims specialist. Even as someone who is familiar with the industry, I still felt a little lost when it came to claims since it isn't what I deal with on a daily basis. I was walked through the process, checked in on, and helped each step of the way. I had a water line bust while I was at work last year and came home to a flooded house. Chase helped me with the process, and State Farm took me from an unlivable home to a fully remodeled downstairs, and helped me with the other living expenses during the time of getting my home back functioning ensuring me and my kids had a home during the construction time. I hear of so many horror stories from other companies when it comes to claims but I have yet to encounter any issues out of the 3 claims I filed myself.
Working in this office with such big hearts is an amazing experience but knowing if something happens in my life that I have people behind me to help however I need is something I am not used to when it comes to insurance. Having so many people under one roof who each specialize in different aspects of insurance is something you just don't see at an insurance office. If you want to know where to go if you need help with anything insurance related there is always someone here to help you (auto, home, life, health or updating policies or help with a claim). "Not understanding why they paid the car owner instead of the actual tow company. Sucks that me as a driver, i can't get paid now on a service that I performed from tulsa to siloam springs that was requested by this insurance.
I stood by the dispatchers when it was requested, and walked in when they where on the phone today. Definitely not a place I recommend for vehicle insurance if they can't pay the tow companies for their customers, from my 9 years of being an operator it's a standard practice for insurances. TOW OPERATORS BE AWARE"
