"I have worked with this office for 5 years, and I have been through 3 different claims (2 auto and one home). Each time, I was taken care of, and was so thankful for the assistance of Chase, an in-office claims specialist. Even as someone who is familiar with the industry, I still felt a little lost when it came to claims since it isn't what I deal with on a daily basis. I was walked through the process, checked in on, and helped each step of the way. I had a water line bust while I was at work last year and came home to a flooded house. Chase helped me with the process, and State Farm took me from an unlivable home to a fully remodeled downstairs, and helped me with the other living expenses during the time of getting my home back functioning ensuring me and my kids had a home during the construction time. I hear of so many horror stories from other companies when it comes to claims but I have yet to encounter any issues out of the 3 claims I filed myself.
Working in this office with such big hearts is an amazing experience but knowing if something happens in my life that I have people behind me to help however I need is something I am not used to when it comes to insurance. Having so many people under one roof who each specialize in different aspects of insurance is something you just don't see at an insurance office. "If this agency has a customer out of state or town they will hire a local towing company near the customer. They will agree to an out of state tow bill and once the job is complete they will deny payment. They will lie saying their phones are being recorded and that they didn’t agree, I asked to hear the recording and Jordan said “it’s in State Farm system I don’t have access too” and yes one of his own employees called us saying Jordan was lying about the phone recording.
Our driver decided to post a review and as you can see this agency has many fake accounts and has edited many of the reviews in order to hide the review our driver left. And then they proceeded to leave fake reviews on our business page because of their own mess .

Jordan if you can’t pay a tow bill of $659 that your employees arranged for your customer we also have payment plans to fit your convenience when it’s time to fix your budget after spending your customers premium money 😉"

"Not understanding why they paid the car owner instead of the actual tow company. Sucks that me as a driver, i can't get paid now on a service that I performed from tulsa to siloam springs that was requested by this insurance.

I stood by the dispatchers when it was requested, and walked in when they where on the phone today. Definitely not a place I recommend for vehicle insurance if they can't pay the tow companies for their customers, from my 9 years of being an operator it's a standard practice for insurances.
